NJ Licensed Mental Health Professional A NJ Licensed Mental health professional, trained and practiced as a Master of Divinity and as a visual artist. Provided individual, couples, family and group therapies to a wide range of clients – in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Counseled those affected with and by chronic mental health, addictions, grief and medical issues. Primarily functioned in multi-disciplinary team settings; liaisoned within the healthcare and legal systems to provide comprehensive treatment. With a team of counseling professionals, pioneered an outreach educational program for Counselor Licensure in NJ. Redesigned several operating programs within the healthcare system to provide more thorough, efficient and effective services. Lectured on numerous mental health-related topics to professional and lay audiences, such as: anxiety, depression, stress management, understanding the effects of grief, and living with HIV/AIDS.
